Have you been struggling with anxiety, depression or mental strongholds? Have you been struggling for so long that you have found other natural ways or methods to cope? Have you been told by the world that you will always struggle with these issues and you just need to try to maintain them? Well, the promise that Jesus makes to his followers is counter cultural. Jesus promises those that follow Him actual freedom and peace. Freedom and peace of the mind, soul and spirit. If you are tired of just maintaining, we invite you to come and be inspired by God’s Word to actually take hold of the promise of freedom that Christ provides. Meet other people who are struggling inwardly and know that you can overcome and will not be on this journey alone.

The loss of one’s health can be devastating, just as is the loss of a loved one as both happen suddenly and are both often unexpected. The most difficult thing that we can do is to begin to let others in on what is going on with us. It’s maybe the most difficult thing, but it is actually the best thing for us. Come join a group of men who are experiencing various health challenges in their lives or have gone through health challenges and just need continued support, sympathy, prayer and encouragement. Remember, you are not alone.
