Theresa Anderson serves as Executive Director of Finance and Operations at New Community Bible Fellowship and brings over seventeen years of corporate experience from several Fortune 500 companies including BP Oil, TRW, Progressive Insurance, Avery Dennison, and General Electric. In addition, Theresa has also worked at American Greetings, Lakeland Community College, and Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio. Theresa has had the opportunity to work in the areas of finance, HR, logistics, operations, project management, research & development, marketing, process optimization, and corporate training. Theresa has also taught college-level mathematics.

Theresa has a “passion” for learning and jokes that she considers herself a professional student. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a concentration in communications, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from Cleveland State University.

In her current role, Theresa has the privilege to work with an incredible team. Together they provide exceptional oversight of New Community’s finances, grounds and facilities, and various ministry teams.

Theresa is a member of the Women’s Ministry Leadership Team and counts it a privilege to support New Community’s mission of “Changing Lives through the Power of Jesus Christ.”

Theresa is married to her wonderful, supportive husband, Vincent. They enjoy walking and bike riding through Cleveland’s Metroparks. As a family their desire is to fear God and keep His commandments, for this is man’s all (Ecclesiastes 12:13).
