Harold is one of the Pastors and Elders at New Community Bible Fellowship in Cleveland Ohio and is currently serving in the role of Director of Christian Education for the past 7 years. New Community is Pastor Harold’s home church where he gave his life to Christ and has served in various roles in Small Group Ministry from leading to Coaching. He currently oversees 70+ Small Groups, 200+ Small Group leaders, staff and a volunteer team. Pastor Harold also recently launched a Freedom Ministry at New Community Bible Fellowship in 2022 that focuses on helping others walk in the freedom, peace and confidence that Christ provides. He has obtained a Masters of Arts in Religion (with a Specialization in Discipleship) and is currently enrolled at Liberty Univ. to obtain a MDIV in Discipleship Ministries. He has been married to his wife Ann Marie for 20 years and has one 16 year old son, Dillon. Harold’s personal testimony is that he was in bondage to fear, anxiety and panic attacks for 30 years but through God’s grace he overcame his fear of public speaking and accepted his calling into ministry. Since joining New Community Staff, Pastor Harold has experienced his own personal freedom in Christ. Pastor Harold has seen God’s grace in his own personal journey and has developed a passion to see all people, everywhere develop as disciples of Jesus Christ and to experience their own personal freedom and develop the confidence to step into the leadership roles God has called them to be.
