As the ticket purchaser, you can share your QR code with the guests you registered. Since we didn’t collect their email addresses during registration, your QR code will grant entry for all attendees.

Formal wear typically includes attire such as suits for men and evening gowns or cocktail dresses for women. We recommend dressing elegantly, reflecting the tone of the event.

There are several parking options available:

• Self-Parking: is available for $10 per car at Huntington Park Garage, located directly across the street (North) from the main hotel entrance off Lakeside Avenue. The garage is connected to the hotel via an underground tunnel on the 2nd level.

• Valet Parking: is available for $35 plus tax at the main hotel entrance off of Lakeside Avenue for your convenience.

We want to ensure everyone enjoys their meal! If you informed our Events Team of your dietary restrictions, please visit the Check-in/Registration table to pick up your dietary cards. These will be used to notify the kitchen of your specific needs.
