Our goal is to disciple and develop the next generation of leaders at New Community to actively involve them in the Great Commission. This leadership development group will be led by seminary trained instructors and has been specifically designed to give you both theological and practical training in the area of discipleship. Just like a university, we will challenge you to grow and test the theological and practical knowledge that you will learn.
